Dear MSCS
I have been getting problems logging into my account with ChatGPT that I have on my PC with my mobile phone which is an Android device.
My preferred account is my faithful and secure Microsoft account, but as my phone is a Android, that option is not available, for me to login with my MS Account.
I was hoping my logging in would be seemless, but its far from working.
I thought it was a password issue, which I updated, but this did not help.
I asked ChatGPT Support for help and was advised to ask for help from MS Support, which is why am asking for help here in the community.
I hope someone can help.
I look forward to hearing from anyone who has experienced this problem and resolved this issue please.

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
In the GPT app, if you click Log in button - you should see an option for signing in using a Microsoft Account. Do not select the first 2 options.
