Computer Connects to WiFi But Won't Work

I have tried all 13 troubleshooting items listed here on the website. None of them have worked. My device is connected to wifi, but nothing works. Other devices have no issue connecting. My office admin is out of office until Wednesday and I am not able to call customer support. Anyone have any options?
