    Hi Afro,

Totally understand your situation, this usually happens after a reinstall. Since you’ve already purchased a digital license for Windows 11 Pro, here’s how you can get it back up and running:

Go to Settings > System > Activation.

If Windows 11 Home is active, choose “Upgrade to Windows 11 Pro” (this option should appear if Pro was previously used on the device).

Sign in with the same Microsoft account you used when you originally purchased or activated Pro and this helps Windows find and link your digital license.

If prompted, enter your Pro product key (you may find it in your email confirmation).

Don’t worry if you don’t have the key. Windows often auto-activates once you're signed in with the correct account.

Once you complete these steps, your Pro license should be recognized and activated automatically.

    Hope this helps!

I have the same problem after BIOS flash. Troubleshooter says unable to activate after logging in with the same account. I am unable to contact support as the automatic activator failed and no option to write a message. Please help.
