Hello #AVINASH CHAURASIYA# , Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft QnA!

Unfortunately, you error is not visible, please try to share the same again.

Also, Azure Student and other free-tier subscriptions have a limited set of permitted regions and strict service quotas. In this case, Data Factory is not permitted in the region selected (or is outright blocked) by the student subscription, preventing the resource from being provisioned.

You can try following steps to investigate further.

    Azure Portal (GUI) (portal.azure.com)

    1. Sign in to the Azure Portal (portal.azure.com) with your student subscription.
    2. Navigate to Subscriptions > Select your student subscription.
    3. In the left pane, click Usage + quotas.
    4. Under “Services,” locate “Data Factory” and expand to see regional quotas.
    5. Confirm which regions are supported and what your current unit usage is.
    6. If your desired region is not listed or shows zero available units, choose a supported region.
    7. Go to Home > Create a resource > Analytics > Data Factory.
    8. Select a supported region from the drop-down, fill in Resource group, Factory name, Version, and click Review + create. If the portal shows no available quota in any region for Data Factory, you must upgrade your subscription: - In Subscriptions, click “Switch directory or change subscription.” - Enroll in a Pay-As-You-Go or other paid subscription.
