Uploading PDFs in Edge- missing portions of PDF

Here are a few steps that often fix the problem:

Step 1: Disable Hardware Acceleration

• Open Microsoft Edge.
• Go to Settings > System and Performance > System.
• Turn off “Use graphics acceleration when available”.
• Restart Edge and test the upload again.

Step 2: Reset Edge Settings

• Navigate to Settings > Reset Settings.
• Select Restore settings to their default values.
• This will not delete your favorites but will reset custom settings that may cause conflicts.

Step 3: Test in InPrivate Mode and Disable Extensions

• Open a new InPrivate window (click the three dots > New InPrivate window).
• Try uploading the PDF.
• If it works, disable extensions one by one under Settings > Extensions to identify any causing the issue.
