Hi,
I am experiencing an issue accessing my Microsoft Careers candidate profile.
When I attempt to sign in, the system displays the message “We don’t recognize this email.” However, I previously had a candidate profile associated with this email address. I have also tried creating a new profile using the same email, as well as signing in via Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Google, but the issue persists.
It appears that my email may be associated with a locked, legacy, or unlinked candidate profile. I would appreciate your assistance in resetting, unlocking, or merging my candidate profile so I can proceed with applying to open roles.
