Thanks for sharing the details! Try to submit the assignment via Safari (NOT the Teams app)
This bypasses the iOS app permission system entirely.
- Open Safari
- Go to teams.microsoft.com
- Sign in with your school account
- Tap Request Desktop Website
- Open your Assignment
- Attach the photo → choose Camera or Photo Library
This works even when the Teams app is completely broken.
