Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Since you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account, do you still have the 25-character recovery codes for 2FA?

Lastly, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your Microsoft account?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If you are locked out of your Microsoft account due to two-factor authentication and no longer have access to your old phone number, you can attempt to recover your account using the official recovery form. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Visit the Recovery Form: Go to the account recovery form at account.live.com/acsr. Choose the option for "I forgot my password" and enter your email address.
    2. Provide Information: Since you don't have access to your old phone number, select the option indicating that you don't have access to your security methods. Fill out the recovery form with as much accurate information as possible, including details about recent emails, folder names, and contacts.
    3. Use Your Email: If you have access to your email account associated with your Microsoft account, you may receive a verification code there.
    4. Wait for Verification: If none of the recovery options work, you may need to wait for Microsoft to verify your identity based on the information you provided in the recovery form.
    5. Contact Support: If you still need assistance, you can contact Microsoft Support through their support page. Choose "Microsoft account & billing" and then "Password reset or account recovery". Depending on your region, you may be offered chat support or a callback option.

Please note that two-step verification cannot be turned off unless you are signed in first, so completing the recovery form is essential.
