You don't seem to have used any of your Skype Credit in a while. It becomes inactive if you haven't used it in 180 days. But don't worry - once it becomes inactive, you can reactivate it whenever you're ready to use it. Simply sign into your account online and follow the option to Reactivate credit.

The only place where you can use your remaining Skype Credit to make phone calls is the Skype Dial Pad site on the Web:

    https://calling.web.skype.com/

Just be sure to sign in to this site with exactly the same account as you have used with Skype.

In the case your credit is deactivated due to not being used within the last 180 days, this credit can always be reactivated using this reactivation site:

    https://secure.skype.com/portal/settings/credit/reactivate

To access and use an inactive Skype Credit balance:

    1. Go to the Skype My Account page: My Account.
    2. Sign in with the same Skype/Microsoft account that originally purchased the credit.
    3. If the credit has gone inactive (no use for 180 days), select Reactivate Credit or go directly to the reactivation page: Reactivate credit.
    4. It can take up to 15 minutes for reactivation to complete; an email is sent when done.
    5. After reactivation, the balance will be available again and can be used via the Skype Dial Pad on the web at calling.web.skype.com or in Microsoft Teams Free, provided there is an active subscription or active Skype Credit.

If using an iPhone or iPad and the Reactivate Credit option is not visible, clear Safari history and cookies on the device, then sign in again and repeat the steps.

To avoid the balance going inactive again, place a paid call (outside any subscription) or send an SMS at least once every 180 days.
