Microsoft Surface Laptop (1st Generation) Charger

I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop (1st Generation) and I’m looking to purchase a new charger for it

I could not find an official Microsoft Store available for purchases in Brazil and I would prefer to buy directly from Microsoft if possible.

Could you please help me with the following questions?

  • Is there an official Microsoft channel or authorized reseller in Brazil where I can purchase the original charger?
  • Is it possible to purchase from a Microsoft Store in another country that ships to Brazil?
  • If the original charger is no longer available, could you recommend certified and compatible alternatives for this specific Surface Laptop model?

    For your specific model, Microsoft lists the original requirement as a 39W Surface Connect charger (Model 1800). A genuine Microsoft 65W Surface charger is also fully compatible and commonly used as a replacement.

    Brazil unfortunately does not currently have a full consumer Microsoft Store for Surface hardware/accessories like the US or Europe.

    In Brazil, Surface accessories are often available through:

    • Amazon Brazil
    • Mercado Livre
