I understand how frustrating this is, unfortunately this is a limitation of Microsoft Store orders rather than something you’re missing.

For anyone running into the same issue:
- You cannot edit the shipping address once the order is placed, even if it still shows as “pending.”
- If the “Cancel item” option is missing, it usually means the order has already been processed or sent to the warehouse, so changes are locked.
- There is no direct contact for the logistics team, all requests must go through Microsoft Store Sales Support.
What you can do:
- Go to your order history and check if Cancel item is still available: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
- If cancellation isn’t available, contact Microsoft Store support immediately: ttps://support.microsoft.com/contactus
- Ask for an urgent address correction before shipment
- Be aware they may not be able to stop it in time
- If it ships anyway, you’ll need to wait for delivery and request a return or exchange.
Address changes aren’t user-editable after order placement, and escalation can only be done via support, not logistics directly.
