Outlook Legacy for Mac Cannot Send or Receive Emails

Hi Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with Outlook Legacy for Mac. The application cannot send or receive emails properly.

Current issues:

  • Emails remain stuck in the Outbox
  • Inbox is not updating or syncing
  • Sometimes Outlook shows connection or synchronization errors

I have already restarted Outlook and my Mac, but the issue still persists.

Could you please assist in checking this issue and advise on the recommended solution?

    May I ask if you are using Exchange, IMAP or POP account? Can you please provide you Outlook Mac version? You can check this in Outlook > About Outlook.

    If you are using Exchange, please check in https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/ to see if you can send or receive emails there? If yes, that means the issue likely come from Outlook Mac. You can try:

    If you are using IMAP or POP, please provide your provider so I can find more details about port and server name.
