In this case, the recovery drive would be WinRE. If you don't have a backup of your system image, there's an alternative: you can create a Windows installation drive (Windows 11 or 10) that already includes a recovery and repair drive.
Now, if you want a recovery drive that includes a backup image of your Windows, please confirm here.
Otherwise, you can use the media creation tool to create an installation drive that includes a repair and recovery drive.

Select Download tool now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.
If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
The application will automatically identify the correct version of windows 10 for your system, from Next.
Select which media you want to use USB Flash Media
Remember, this procedure will format the USB flash drive; save everything important from your USB flash drive.
