    "Hi Michael,

Since you are paying a monthly subscription by credit card, you most likely have a Microsoft 365 subscription. To get the apps downloaded and working on your computer, please follow these steps:

Sign In: Open your web browser and go to account.microsoft.com. Sign in with the exact email address you used when you set up your monthly payment.

Download: On your account dashboard, look at the top right corner and click the "Install apps" (or "Install Office") button. Select "Microsoft 365 apps" to download the setup file.

Install: Open your computer's Downloads folder and double-click the file you just downloaded to start the installation. Let it run until it says "You're all set!.

Activate: Open Microsoft Word or Excel from your computer. It will prompt you to sign in. Enter the same email and password from Step 1 so it can verify your monthly payment.

Let us know if you run into any specific error messages during these steps!"

    Hi,

Is the problem you're having an installation issue?

    Or

Is it installed but won't open?

If possible, could you provide more details about the problem?

    Thanks
