Setting up future meetings with participants using Teams calendar or Outlook integration

Thank you for reporting this issue. I understand how confusing it must be when clicking “Send” does not produce any response.
To help narrow down the cause and better assist you, could you please provide a bit more information?
First, may I confirm which platform you are using: Teams Desktop, Web, or Mobile? If you are currently using the Teams Desktop app, could you kindly try creating and sending the meeting via the Teams web version as well: https://teams.microsoft.com
This will help us determine whether the behavior is related to the client or not.
Additionally, could you please check if you are able to create and send a meeting using Outlook (calendar)? This will help us understand whether the issue might be related to the underlying calendar service.
If possible, it would be very helpful if you could share:
- A screenshot or screen recording of the behavior
- The step-by-step actions you take before clicking “Send”
I will try to reproduce the same scenario in my environment based on your steps.
Lastly, may I ask if anyone else in your organization is experiencing the same issue, or if this appears to be isolated to your account?
Your confirmation on whether the issue also occurs on the web version will be especially helpful.
