I purchased 2024 Office Pro Plus and discontinued my monthly 365 subscription, now I have no storage.

When I installed the new office, it also re-installed M365 Copilot and when this happened I assumed that the storage would all update after I got it all downloaded and logged in, so I went ahead and canceled the monthly 365 subscription and now I am getting the message that my storage is full asking me to re-subscribe; is there no storage with Pro Plus? and if so how do I get it as nothing updates or happens when I log in. I did add the activation key. If there is no storage, please let me know so I can figure out what I want to do
