To begin, open any Office application, such as Word or Excel, on your offline computer and enter your Product Key if prompted. Because the machine lacks an internet connection, the Microsoft Office Activation Wizard will appear automatically. When it does, select the option indicating that you want to activate the software by telephone and proceed to the next screen.
Now, choose your specific country or region from the provided dropdown menu to reveal the correct local phone numbers for the Microsoft Activation Center. On this same screen, locate the section typically labeled as Step 2, where you will find a long sequence of numbers divided into blocks. This sequence serves as your Installation ID, which is essential for acquiring your final activation code.
Then, Using a separate device, call the phone number displayed on your screen and follow the automated voice prompts, which will instruct you to input your Installation ID using your dial pad. If you are calling from a smartphone, the system frequently offers to text you a secure link to a mobile web portal; utilizing this link allows you to type the Installation ID directly into your phone's browser, making the process much faster and less prone to typing errors. Once the system validates your Installation ID, it will generate and provide your required Confirmation ID.
