    Hello Crockter

Since you already have a case number and were assigned an engineer, could you please let us know what issue you are currently experiencing or what part you still need help with?

This will help me better understand the situation and suggest the most appropriate next step to help you.

I hope to hear update from you soon, I'll be happy to help.

Unfortunately, I experienced a 3rd missed callback. I used a business PC to chat again, requested a ticket be sent to a link at Azure where I could make a formal complaint. After wasting another 2 hours while being shuffled around, they said it was not their department and to speak to my IT. My IT is useless. I feel that registering a complaint with BBB may be the only remaining option.

I am still unable to use my word either on personal or enterprise for 1 month. I had a callback scheduled for June 4th, but did not get it. After reinstalling windows and being very insisent, an engineer agreed to look into it. I had to restore the broken image and she is supposed to call me today. I requested an official complaint many weeks ago but could never login to lodge the complaint. I even went the route of reporting it as an identity issue and received the response, you have no subscription or your account has no problems. Microsoft makes it impossible to sort out serious issues and the system is inherently broken. This needs attention.
