Why is the game bar's looking for group only linked to PC games?

It used to work completely fine, and you could search posts from both PC and Console, and you didn't even need to have a game open to view them. Now you need to have the game open, and this makes it so that PC and Console posts are separated, even when the game itself is crossplay. (Ex: Minecraft Bedrock) Why is this the case? It does not really make any sense on why it needed to be changed to be this way, as it really just makes the feature nearly useless on PC because of the lack of posts (Or posts leading to other PC versions of the game)

Hi memes funny doings international

What you’re seeing is the current behavior of Looking for Group in Xbox Game Bar on PC. LFG posts now appear to be tied more closely to the PC version of the game you are viewing, which can result in PC and console posts appearing separately even for crossplay titles like Minecraft Bedrock.

Since this is a community forum, we unfortunately do not have insight into why the behavior was changed. If you’d like, you can still submit feedback through the Feedback Hub (Windows + F) or Xbox Game Bar feedback option so the Xbox team can review the experience.
