Change legal business name in suspended ads account

I have had my Microsoft Advertising Account suspended and need to change the business legal name - I hadn't realised I needed to set up as an individual entity rather than a business - I'm lodging my appeal but there's no option to change business legal name and it needs to match my name and the name on my ID. Please can someone help?

    I understand that your account is currently suspended and that you need to update the legal business name to match your individual identity. I’ll be happy to assist you with this.

    Since the account is currently on hold, changes to the legal business name cannot be made at this stage. What we will need to do first is escalate your case for a manual review by our internal team. This review will allow us to assess the suspension and work toward reinstating your account.
