For this issue, you should contact the organizers of the competition directly to receive the most accurate support as they are the one who take care and understand about all the process to give you the appropriate support.
Although I cannot assist you further since I am only an Independent Advisor and not part of the organizing team, I would like to clarify some information that you may refer to and continue with:
You may also want to double-check a few things with the hackathon team to make sure everything is set up correctly on their side.
- Please confirm whether they have already sent you an official invitation email or tenant access link, as this is usually required to grant entry into the environment.
- It would also help to ask if other participants are able to join using personal email accounts, or if a work or school account is required for this event.
- When you sign in, try to see if there is an option to switch directories or choose a different organization, and confirm with the organizers which tenant you should be selecting.
Besides, I found the page for this competition, and if you scroll down to the bottom, you will see a “Contact” section where you can find the organizer’s email, as shown in the image.
