Contacting support for account token issue

Hello,

I have a paid as you go Azure subscription.

When I log into my account the subscription is missing and services are missing.

Portal does not tell me I don't have a subscription , it says:

The portal encountered an issue while attempting to retrieve access tokens. We suggest attempting to sign in again, or alternatively, continuing without access tokens, although this may result in a suboptimal user experience. Additional details: no_tokens_found: See https://aka.ms/msal.js.errors#no_tokens_found for details.

in notification I get

Experiencing authentication issues

The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded. Additional information from the call to get a token: Extension: Microsoft_Azure_Support Resource: self Details: timed_out

I tried to every thing, difference browser, private windows, new computer.

I trying to contact support, but I Keep been sent back to create a support request case, which does not work since I get the same issue as above.

I know the subscription is active and working all may resources are working. I just cannot access them.
