"All certificate-profile operations fail with UnknownError on a healthy, provisioned account with completed identity validation"
Created a new artifact signing certificate subscription, validated my identity, create a new certificate profile, no matter the type, it fails and wont tell me why other than "Some error occurred".
The detail that both create and delete fail with UnknownError, which points to the account's signing backend rather than the request
