Can you confirm where you purchased Word Home on 06/01/26? Was it purchased directly from the Microsoft Store, a retailer, or did it come with a new PC?
Also, when you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services do you see Office Home listed there?
If you purchased it from Microsoft Store, make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used for the purchase. You can also check your Order History to verify that the purchase was completed successfully.
