Expired LinkedIn Premium 12-Month Activation Link – Can I Get a New One?

Hello,

I received the 12-month free LinkedIn Premium activation email, but it was delivered to my spam folder and I did not notice it in time. Unfortunately, the activation link has now expired.

Is it possible to receive a new activation link or have the offer reissued? I would appreciate any guidance on how I can activate the benefit.

Thank you for your help.

    Hello pasan udara

Since activation links and promotional benefit reissues need to be checked against your account and eligibility details, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Support directly for further assistance about this issue:

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

When contacting support, please include the Microsoft account used for the offer, the original activation email if available, and any purchase or eligibility details related to the promotion.

I hope you can get thew support you need, have a nice day.

The activation links for online services are time-limited. When an activation link has expired, the documented path is to contact support so they can help with reactivating or remapping the benefit, if still eligible.

For Microsoft-related online service activation emails, the guidance is:

    • Activation links expire after a defined period from the original purchase/eligibility date.
    • When the link is expired, support can assist with reactivating the link or otherwise resolving the activation issue.

For a LinkedIn Premium benefit tied to a Microsoft offer, the next steps are:

    1. Check again in the email account (including spam/junk) that is associated with the offer to confirm there are no newer activation emails.
    2. If no valid link is available, contact the appropriate support channel:
      • For LinkedIn Premium offer/technical issues, use LinkedIn support at https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin.
      • If the offer is part of a Microsoft program (for example, Microsoft for Startups or a Microsoft 365 promotion), also contact Microsoft support for that program so they can verify eligibility and whether the offer can be reissued.

Whether a new 12‑month LinkedIn Premium activation link can be issued depends on the specific promotion’s terms and the support team’s review of eligibility and timing; support must confirm this on the account.
