Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions to help understand it better:
- Have you tried opening the same webinar in a different browser (Edge/Chrome) or an incognito/private window?
- If you have access to Teams desktop, could you check if the options appear there as well? Also, please try clearing your Teams cache and reloading the webinar page? For more details, please refer to: Clear the Teams client cache
- Are other users in your tenant with licensed Teams Premium license also experiencing the same issue, or is it only happening for your account?
