    Hi @Monica Arrendale

Good day. Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate you sharing the details of your situation.

To better assist you, could you please share a bit more details?

    • If possible, a screenshot of what you currently see in Teams Shifts? In addition, please let me know whether the entire group list is missing, the list appears but does not scroll, or only certain groups or shifts are not visible
    • Whether the issue occurs on desktop, web, or mobile
    • Whether you are using Windows or Mac (if you are using the desktop app)
    • Whether other users in the same group are experiencing the same issue?

Once I have this information, I'll be in a better position to guide you through the next steps.

In the meantime, to help isolate the issue, here are some steps you can try:

    1/ Refresh Microsoft Teams

    • Sign out of Teams completely
    • Close the application
    • Reopen Teams and sign back in
    • Check whether your shifts and group view are visible again

2/ Try Teams on another platform

    • If you are currently using the desktop app, please try accessing Teams through the web version
    • If the issue only happens on one platform, this may indicate a client-side issue

    3/ Clear the Teams cache
Sometimes cached data may prevent shift information from loading correctly. You can try clearing the Teams cache may help refresh the app data.

    Windows

    1. Quit Teams completely (right‑click the Teams icon in the taskbar/system tray > Quit). Press Windows + R to open Run.
    2. Paste this path and click OK:

    %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams

    1. Delete all files and folders inside that MSTeams folder.
    2. Reopen Teams and try accessing the app again.

    macOS

    1. Quit Teams (right‑click Teams in the Dock > Quit, or press Cmd + Q).
    2. Open Terminal and run these commands (press Enter after each):

    rm -rf ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.teams

    rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.teams2

    1. Restart Teams and try again.

4/ Check if the schedule is published
If possible, please confirm with your manager or schedule owner that:

    • your shifts are still assigned correctly, and
    • the schedule has been published

Additionally, you can try testing with another account or device, if available

    • This can help determine whether the issue is related to your account, your Teams client, or the device itself.

Use the Shifts views and schedule settings to verify what the team member can see and adjust visibility if needed.

    1. Confirm the user is in the correct team and schedule
      • In Teams, open the Shifts app.
      • If the user is on more than one team, Shifts will prompt to select a team. Make sure the correct team is selected so their assigned schedule appears under Your shifts.
    2. Check personal view options
      • In Shifts desktop/web, the default worker view is Your shifts. This only shows that user’s own shifts.
      • To see the broader schedule and confirm their shifts exist, switch to View > Team shifts. This shows everyone’s shifts on the team schedule.
      • Use Day/Week/Month buttons and the date range selector to move forward/backward in time in case the shifts are in a different week or month.
    3. Verify schedule timeframe and filters (for managers)
      • If the user is a manager or has manager-like permissions, the default view is Team shifts.
      • At the upper left, select the date range and adjust the timeframe; use the arrows to move through the schedule.
      • Select View and ensure the view is set appropriately (by People or Shifts) and that the relevant items are shown.
      • Select Filter and clear or adjust filters for Shifts, Groups, and Members so the user’s group and name are included; otherwise their row may be hidden.
    4. Check privacy/visibility settings for the schedule
      • In the Shifts schedule settings, verify privacy controls for shift visibility are not overly restrictive. If past shifts are hidden or details are limited, users may think shifts are missing.
      • Ensure settings like “Allow employees to see all shifts in the past” and visibility of other employees’ shifts, notes, and activities are configured as intended.
    5. Confirm the schedule is published
      • In the manager view, ensure the schedule has been shared: select Share with team and confirm the relevant timeframe has been published. Unpublished changes won’t appear to workers.

If after confirming team selection, timeframe, filters, and published status the user still cannot see their shifts or scroll through their group, escalate via your admin or support channel to check for account/team membership changes or service issues.
