I hope if I press shortcut key to capture screenshot in windows 11, there’s an option to provide a 3 second delay so that both of my hands can leave the keyboard, just like using a smartphone to take the shot automatically 3 seconds later

Yep, you can do this using the built-in Windows 11 Snipping Tool. While the quick keyboard shortcut (Windows Key + Shift + S) triggers an instant snapshot, you can easily open the main tool to use a 3, 5, or 10-second timer.

How to Use the Delay Feature

    1. Open the App: Press your Windows Key, type Snipping Tool, and press Enter.
    2. Set the Timer: Click the Clock icon (Delay Snip menu) on the toolbar and choose No delay, 3 seconds, 5 seconds, or 10 seconds.
    3. Start the Shot: Click the New button.
    4. Get Ready: Move your hands off the keyboard and position your screen exactly how you want it.
    5. Snip: After 3 seconds, the screen will dim, and you can grab your shot!
