Outlook on iPhone 16

I have all of a sudden been unable to access my emails using the Outlook App. I've removed it from the iPhone and reinstalled it, but am unable to access my account. If I use the Mail app I can access the Outlook account but it continually updates and won't let me create an email. Apple have been unable to help and have advised I speak with Outlook. Can you help?
