Unable to acces Microsoft Startup Portal

I previously enrolled to the Microsoft startup program back in January this year, prior to the May 29th changes. The documents now note that I should be able to sign into the portal for startups: https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/login. However, when I attempt to login with my user account associated with startup credits, I am redirected back to the login screen and I can see in the URL it notes error=no-account. The methods to raise support requests are also via the portal, or outline in this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/startups/microsoft-for-startups/mfs-program-support, it references the "Your Microsoft Team" option in the Azure portal, but this does not exist on my startup account.

Please can you help?

Additionally it would be good to understand if startups on the current program will be transitioned onto the new credit scaling system which is significantly more generous than the previous $5000 that was granted for non investor backed startups.
