Based on your description, the Teams Meeting Add-in is missing in Outlook.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct account.
- Try signing out and then signing back into both Outlook and Teams at the same time.
- Clear the Outlook cache . You can refer to the following documentation to clear the Outlook cache: Clear the Office cache - Office Add-ins | Microsoft Learn
- Uninstall the Teams Meeting Add-in from Windows
- Step 1: Press Windows + I
- Step 2: Go to Apps > Installed apps, then search for Meeting Add-in
- Step 3: Click the … icon > select Uninstall
Restart New Teams. This will force New Teams to reinstall the Teams Meeting Add-in which should fix the issue. When you see Teams Meeting Add-in in the list of installed apps again, restart Outlook and it should be working again.
