Hi, I have outlook on my mobile and it asked me to sign in again, for the life of me I cannot remember it.

So I have gone through the password resetting link, answered the questions as best I can and never hear back

How the hell do you get any support from these guys, I cant find a number to ring and getting desperate now as I have not been able to open my Emails for nearly a month now.

Anyone have any idea?

To get back into Outlook on mobile when the password is forgotten, use the Microsoft account password recovery tools and, if needed, the Outlook mobile sign-in helper.

    1. Start with the official password reset tool for Microsoft accounts (used by Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, MSN, etc.):
    2. When filling out the recovery form (ACSR):
      • Provide as much accurate information as possible (previous passwords, contacts, subject lines, folder names, etc.).
      • Use an email address currently accessible to receive updates about the request.
      • The process is automated; support agents cannot override or manually reset the password for security reasons.
    3. If sign-in fails specifically in the Outlook mobile app:
      • Use the Outlook mobile sign-in helper for Microsoft personal accounts: the helper checks the email or phone entered and guides through any detected issues. Start from the “Start” link in the “Can’t sign in to the Outlook mobile app” article.
      • Ensure the latest version of Outlook for iOS/Android is installed, as recurring prompts can be caused by updated security requirements.
    4. If two-step verification or security info is blocking access and none of the verification methods are available anymore, the only supported path is completing the recovery form and waiting for the automated decision. If the form is rejected, it means the system did not get enough matching information to prove ownership.
    5. For additional help (including contact options like chat or callback where available), use the Microsoft account support entry points referenced in the account help articles. A different Microsoft account can be used to sign in and contact support if the primary one is locked.

There is no direct phone number that can bypass the automated recovery; all paths ultimately go through the official password reset and account recovery tools.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Just to confirm, did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account?

If yes, are you able to access the second factor of authentication?

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

For clarification, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your account?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
