Microsoft MapPoint product keys cannot be recovered from an existing installation in any supported way. Product keys are not stored in a simple, readable file that can be reused for installation on another device.
If the original key (card, box, email, or documentation) is lost or damaged but there is valid proof of purchase, the only supported path is to contact Microsoft support and request assistance with the lost or damaged product key. The same guidance used for other Microsoft products applies: if proof of purchase is available, support may be able to replace the key or offer alternatives.
If the key cannot be recovered or replaced and no proof of purchase is available, a new license must be purchased.

- Gather any proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

- Provide details of the purchase and the lost key and request help with a lost or damaged product key.
