Bug: 100% of offers in this store are not targeted. Download the report

Hello,

I have already read all similar discussions about this issue and, unfortunately, I could not find anything useful besides the standard troubleshooting responses.

I imported my products from Google Shopping, where everything is configured correctly and working without issues. However, Microsoft Merchant Center seems to have multiple problems.

First, product titles were imported with corrupted characters instead of normal symbols. I am currently trying to resolve this issue through email support.

Now I am facing another problem: the store displays the message:

"100% of offers in this store are not targeted. Download the report."

My Merchant Center contains two feeds:

Default Catalog (URL Download, Primary Feed)

  • GoogleImport***** (Google Import, Primary Feed)

The confusing part is that the Default Catalog feed is not used for the Google import, yet it cannot be deleted and is also marked as a Primary Feed. I cannot change this configuration.

Targeting is configured correctly in Microsoft Ads, and all products are approved. Because of that, I suspect this may be a system-side issue rather than a configuration problem.

Additionally, when I click:

Campaign → "Your products don't match campaign filters or feed labels, so ads aren't serving." → "Fix now"

the platform simply opens a blank white page instead of any troubleshooting interface.

Has anyone experienced this issue before, especially after importing products from Google Shopping? Is there a way to determine whether Microsoft Ads is reading the wrong feed or whether the targeting status has simply not updated correctly?

Thank you.

    Hi Sergio Sm,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

We greatly appreciate the time to share these detailed findings, and I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had so far with your Microsoft Merchant Center store.

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after confirming that your setup is working correctly in Google Shopping and after reviewing similar discussions without finding a helpful resolution.

Based on the information you provided, I can see that your products are approved and that targeting has already been configured in Microsoft Advertising. I also understand your concern regarding the Default Catalog appearing as the primary feed, even though your Google-imported feed is separate, as well as the blank page that appears when selecting the “Fix now” option.

Please note that once your Microsoft Merchant Center store is fully set up, a default catalog is automatically created. By design, the default catalog cannot be deleted.

To better assist you in determining why the store shows “100% of offers are not targeted,” why product titles appear with corrupted characters, and why your campaign is not serving due to filter or feed label mismatches, kindly respond to the private message I sent so we can proceed with further review and support.

Our support teams are pleased to engage in more in-depth discussions about your account through phone, chat, or email to offer review assistance, please see our support page to reach out!

    Kind regards,
