I completed the "Course AI-300T00-A: Operationalize machine learning and generative AI solutions" course and both its submodules but there is no confirmation of completion like certificate or achievement in profile. So could you please look into this. Also i wanted to enquire if the above mentioned course is included in the AI Skills Fest, I did see it in the course catalog of the skills fest but still wanted to confirm if i complete the course before 12th June 11:59pm then will the certification exam be 100% free because of the voucher??

I've also seen previous answers on such issues and still couldnt find a solution. It would be a great help if you could address this issue directly instead of tagging previous posts. Thanks.

You earn badges for completing Learn modules and trophies for completing Learning Paths. You only earn an achievement badge for attending an instructor-led course. You do not earn anything for completing the learning paths in a course by self-paced learning.

The course is not related to the AI Skills Fest event. To earn an exam voucher you must register for the event and complete a playlist from the list on the AI Skills Fest event and then submit an exam voucher request form.

Completion of Microsoft Learn courses (including AI-related training) does not generate a certification or downloadable course certificate. For self-paced and many instructor-led courses, Learn provides:

    • Badges for completing individual modules
    • Trophies for completing learning paths
    • Course achievement badges for some instructor-led courses when an instructor provides and learners redeem an achievement code

Only passing a Microsoft certification exam results in a Microsoft Certification. Completing a course alone does not create a certification or exam voucher.

If a completed course or badge is missing from the Achievements area, the supported checks are:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used and that the right account is signed in.
    2. Verify that the credential or badge is actually issued for that activity; not all courses provide separate course completion artifacts.
    3. If a certification itself is missing (after passing an exam), follow the missing-certification troubleshooting steps and, if needed, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.

Regarding AI Skills Fest and free exam vouchers, the context only confirms that:

    • Certifications are earned by passing exams, not by completing courses.
    • Some events or sweepstakes may provide exam discounts or free vouchers, but eligibility depends on specific challenge or sweepstakes rules and timeframes.

The provided information does not state that completing the “AI-300T00-A: Operationalize machine learning and generative AI solutions” course grants a 100% free certification exam voucher, nor does it list that course as qualifying for a free exam. Voucher and playlist eligibility for AI-related events is determined by the official event rules and any predefined playlists or challenges, which must be consulted directly.

For issues with missing credentials (certifications) in a Learn profile, the supported escalation path is to contact Microsoft Credentials Support via the link in the missing-certifications article. For issues with modules or pages not loading or completing correctly, feedback can be reported via the Microsoft Learn troubleshooting page.
