I had an AZ-900 exam scheduled on yesterday 11-06-2026 but because of technical issue I could not give it through my laptop as I was facing firewall issue while connecting to PearsonVue site today

2026-06-13T01:24:14.6833333+00:00 Thank you for the contact support link but they are asking for ccid and some more details but when i went through my gamil, I have not got any mails regarding an exam registration also in microsoft learn profile I do not have any records, when i asked one Onvue support guy to check the records by my email id he said that is not valid email address and account does not exist in their syatem. What can be done in this case, please suggest
