Hi Abhilash Katla,
To regain access to your Windows AD server when your password has expired, you cannot use Remote Desktop directly because Network Level Authentication will block the connection. Instead, you can update your credentials by logging into a physical, domain-joined workstation, which will automatically prompt you to change your password on the lock screen. Alternatively, if your organization uses cloud synchronization, you can use the Microsoft Entra ID web portal to perform a self-service password reset. If neither option is available, a fellow network administrator must log into the Active Directory Users and Computers console (dsa.msc) to manually reset your account password for you.
