Hi,
I submitted an Azure OpenAI quota increase request on June 4th. The request page mentioned that it usually takes around 3 to 7 days, but it has now been 8 days, and I haven’t received an update yet.
The request is for:
- Model: GPT-4.1
- Region: East US
Could you please confirm whether this delay is expected, or if there is any recommended way to check the status / follow up on the request?

Although the expected timeline is around 3–7 days, quota requests may take longer due to high demand, model capacity, or region availability. [download.s...faiusr.com]
You can wait a bit longer, or update/resubmit the request with a clearer use case if needed.
