    Hi,

    Please try this:

Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type/Paste %localappdata%\Packages\Clipchamp.Clipchamp_yxz26nhyzhsrt

    Press Enter.

Delete everything in the folder including subfolders - ensure Clipchamp is closed prior.

Restart the comptuer and verify if the problem goes away.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Otherwise, please take a moment to rate the answer. Wishing you good luck!

Because Clipchamp works on an alternate account and only shows a white screen for one account, the issue is most likely related to cached site data, extensions, or cookies for that specific profile. Use these steps on the affected account/profile:

    1. Make sure the browser and OS are supported and updated
      • Use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome on a desktop/laptop.
      • Update the browser and operating system to the latest version.
    2. Free up memory and disk space
      • Close other tabs and applications to free RAM.
      • Ensure there is more free disk space than the total size of the video files that will be used in Clipchamp.
    3. Disable browser extensions
      • Temporarily turn off all extensions (especially ad‑blockers, privacy or translation add‑ons).
      • Reload the Clipchamp page and try to sign up/open it again.
    4. Clear Clipchamp cache for that account
      • Sign out of Clipchamp/Microsoft 365 in that browser profile.
      • Clear the browser cache selecting All time and at least Cached images and files.
      • Restart the browser using edge://restart or chrome://restart.
      • Open Clipchamp again and try to load the home page or sign‑up page.
    5. Advanced: clear Clipchamp site data
      • Open Edge/Chrome Developer Tools (More tools > Developer tools).
      • Select the Application tab, then Storage.
      • Choose Clear site data for Clipchamp.
      • Refresh the Clipchamp page and try again.
    6. Check cookie settings (especially for work/school accounts)
      • In Edge: Settings > Site permissions > Cookies and site data.
      • Allow sites to save and read cookie data and ensure third‑party cookies are not blocked.
      • Add microsoft.com and microsoftonline.com (and the Microsoft 365 Clipchamp launch URL) to Allow.

If Clipchamp still only shows a white screen after these steps on that account, use the working account as a temporary workaround and contact support with details of the affected account, browser, and steps already tried.
