    Hi, good day!

What is your current Clipchamp version?

Press Start then search Clipchamp, right click it then select App settings

I checked current reports and haven't found any indication of a widespread Clipchamp service outage at this time. However, I am seeing multiple recent reports from users experiencing a blank white screen or loading issues in Clipchamp, which may suggest a problem related to a recent update or a client-side issue rather than a complete service outage.

Since several users appear to be reporting similar symptoms, it may be worth monitoring for additional reports and escalating the issue to the Clipchamp product team if the problem continues or becomes more widespread.

    Open Clipchamp

Look for the Help icon > speech bubble (Support chat) icon in the top-right or header area.

Submit your suggestion or issue directly to the team.

In case you still can't access this, please report the issue via Feedback Hub app

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.

Use the Clipchamp loading and project troubleshooting steps, as a white screen usually indicates the editor or a project is failing to load correctly.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Refresh and reopen
    • Press Ctrl + F5 (or use the browser/app reload button) to reload Clipchamp.
    • If using the web version, go back to the Clipchamp project overview page, reload that page, then reopen the project.
    • Ensure the internet connection is active while doing this.
    1. Free up memory and disk space
    • Close other browser tabs and applications to free RAM.
    • Check that the internal drive has more free space than the total size of the video files in the project; low disk space can prevent Clipchamp from loading and exporting.
    1. Disable browser extensions
    • If using Clipchamp in Edge or Chrome, temporarily disable extensions such as ad blockers, privacy tools, or translation plugins, which can prevent Clipchamp from loading correctly.
    • After disabling, reload Clipchamp and check if it still shows a white screen.
    1. Sign out, clear cache, and restart browser
    • Make sure original media files (video, audio, images) are available locally in case they need to be relinked.
    • Follow the steps in the Edge or Chrome support articles to clear the browser cache, selecting “All time” and “Cached images and files” only.
    • Type edge://restart or chrome://restart in the address bar to restart the browser.
    • Reopen Clipchamp and check if it loads instead of staying white.
    1. Check media files and project size
    • If the white screen appears when a specific project loads, there may be problematic media files.
    • Convert any suspect video files to MP4 using an external converter and re-add them to the project.
    • If the project is very long or complex, try opening it on a more powerful computer or splitting it into several shorter projects.

If none of these steps resolve the white screen, try opening Clipchamp on a different computer that meets the recommended hardware: at least 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred), 64-bit OS and browser, a recent graphics card, and sufficient free disk space.
