Hi.

Please note that I have completed a playlist but when attempting to access the 'Check what's unlocked' button, the following error message is displayed "Form can no longer be accessed."

I have the same issue. I completed the "Security Pro – Strengthen security foundations" playlist at 100% before the deadline, but when clicking "Check what's unlocked," the Microsoft Forms page shows: "El formulario ya no es accesible. Este formulario se ha marcado como posible phishing."

I was accessing the form directly from the official AI Skills Fest platform — not from any third-party link. My 100% completion is recorded in my Microsoft Learn account.

Please provide an alternative way to claim the voucher, or manually verify and record my eligibility. This issue appears to be a Microsoft-side automated block due to high traffic, not any action on my part.

But it's not working for me it's more than 2 days I have finished my playlist and I haven't seen any form
