How long does it take for the account to be adjusted with the new subscription? My full price product bills today but I have just redeemed my code for the cheaper product. Thanks

    It is usually applied right away after you redeem the code, but it depends on how the new subscription was added to your account.

    Could you check your subscription status at https://account.microsoft.com/services and let us know what it currently shows? What is the name of the subscription listed now?
