Whenever I try to send a file, I receive an error message. Undeliverable. Written in Vietnamese. I tried logging on to outlook.com nd all categories are in Vietnamese. I went to my profile and it’s shows English.

    The first thing I'd do is check for a sending rule. Visit https://outlook.live.com/mail/options/mail/rules to make sure there isn't a rule you don't recognize that may be forwarding every message to send to a third party.
