Installing Microsoft Office Home with the purchase receipt

My brother gifted me with an Office Home 2024 card to install Microsoft Office Word ... etc. I tried installing it. It is asking for a number on the receipt. I do not have access to the receipt.

    Greetings!

    This is Tin, seems your MS Office Home 2024 asking for a Product key, this is needed on the first activation of your MS Office. If you don't have receipt, it would be best to reach your brother for the it or ask for the Product key to activate your product. In case he used it already before, he needs to sign in his account on your MS Office apps, to activate it.

    Go to File Tab, Account, then sign in his account.
