i am unable to sign into my minecraft account because of microsoft

Follow these steps in order:

1. Confirm the correct Microsoft account

   • If you see “We couldn't find an account with that username” or “That Microsoft account doesn't exist,” check spelling and domain (for example, .com vs .co.uk) or try another email/phone you may have used.

2. If the email is a Microsoft account but the password is forgotten
   • Use the standard password reset flow:
     1. Go to Recover your account.
     2. Enter the email, phone, or Skype name for the Microsoft account.
     3. Choose where to receive the security code (email, phone, etc.).
     4. Enter the code, then set a new password.
3. If there is no access to the old security email but the password is known
   • If there is still access to at least one security method (another email or phone):
     1. Sign in to the Advanced security options page: Sign in.
     2. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify and add a new email or phone.
     3. Verify it with the code sent.
     4. Expand the old security info (the email that cannot be accessed) and select Remove.
