I need to know what the $129.99 charge is for on my bank account ending in 1805. or will VISA ending in 1610.

I spoke with a live chat agent a couple weeks ago who said someone would call me on designated Tuesday or Thursday but nobody called. We have no child involved.

The Live chat agent found some kind of program listed that I never heard of. We used to have a Word 360 or something like that subscription but I have no idea about this $129.99. Since nobody called me back as requested, I have disputed that charge with Wells Fargo.

We are old and trying to wade through your nearly impossible communications challenges is harrowing to say the least. If someone could identify what the charge is even for, then we could say yes or no on cancelling if it is a subscription. As long as it is NOT my solitaire game. Please help us.

    That is the Word 365 subscription you are talking about.

    I would like to see a screenshot of https://account.microsoft.com/services page first before suggesting anything else.

    I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
