This can be a fimware issue. Wonder if the recent update involves BIOS update.
Can you type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up please.
Top row function keys stopped working and FN key is always on since recent update

Since the latest update, the top row of function keys on my laptop stopped working. I press them and nothing happens.
Also, the FN key (not sure what it is) is always lit up. I would appreciate your help to resolve this issue.
