Very, very slow to respond to Sign-in options click (5 minutes) then I am presented with options that are greyed out and "Some of these settings are managed by your organisation" .

I have added a 2nd email to my Windows 11 account due to my existing ISP shutting down. This also has its own password.
However now when I try to log in to Windows it takes a minimum of 5 minutes before I am presented with a login dialog box.
What have I done to make this so slow? It was fine before.
How can I remove my old email log in?
I am worried if I make any mistakes I will lock myself out of Windows completely.

The delay at the sign-in screen is unlikely to be caused simply by adding a second email address, but the old account can be removed safely once a working sign-in method is confirmed.
To reduce sign-in issues and remove the old email sign-in, follow these steps in order:
If sign-in is still very slow after these steps, test signing in with a different account on the same device (if available). If another account signs in quickly, review apps or services configured only on the slow account (for example, accounts added under Email & accounts) and remove any that are no longer valid.
