How to remove 2nd Email log in for Windows 11

I have added a 2nd email to my Windows 11 account due to my existing ISP shutting down. This also has its own password.

However now when I try to log in to Windows it takes a minimum of 5 minutes before I am presented with a login dialog box.

What have I done to make this so slow? It was fine before.

How can I remove my old email log in?

I am worried if I make any mistakes I will lock myself out of Windows completely.

    Very, very slow to respond to Sign-in options click (5 minutes) then I am presented with options that are greyed out and "Some of these settings are managed by your organisation" .

    I am not an organisation just a home user.
