Deleted authentication and how to get it back

I deleted a Roblox authenticator and now I’m at unable to login to my account due to there being a 6 digit code on Roblox that I get from the authenticator app. I need help getting it back into the authenticator app.

It sounds like you've lost access to your Roblox authenticator app, which is required for the 6-digit verification code. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue:Use Your Backup Codes (Fastest Solution)

    When you enabled 2-Step Verification (2SV), Roblox provided 10 backup codes. Check your:

    • Email (search for "Roblox backup codes")
    • Saved files/documents (e.g., screenshots, text files)

    If you find them:

    • Go to the Roblox login page.
    • Enter your username/password.
    • When prompted for the 6-digit code, click "Use a Backup Code".
    • Enter one of the backup codes to log in.

    Recover via Email or Phone (If Setup)

    On the login screen:

    • Enter your username/password.
    • Click "Forgot your code?" or "Lost your authenticator?".
    • If you linked your email or phone number to Roblox, you can request a reset link or SMS code.

    Contact Roblox Support (If You Have No Backup Codes)

    If you can’t recover with the above steps:

    • Go to the official Roblox Support Page.
    • Submit a ticket under "Account Hacked or Can't Log In" → "Two-Step Verification".
    • Include critical details: Email/phone linked to the account. Billing receipts (if you made purchases, e.g., last 4 digits of the card). Past usernames, creation date, or other proof of ownership.
    • Roblox will verify your identity and disable 2SV so you can log in.
