Let's prove you're human authentication

When i press and hold for the authentication system, it says please try again. When will this error be fixed? What am i doing wrong? What happen to the old type the letters and numbers we see authentication?

    Greetings!

    This is Tin, sorry to hear that you're unable to signup an account due to the "prove you're a human" page error. Have you tried to use other browser and check if the issue persists? Or how about clearing cache and cookies? To do that, please press CTRL +SHIFT +DEL then choose the Cache also Cookies, then hit Clear Now. If the issue persists, please try to use other device. And if it's still the same.
